Meet The Founder

Hello, my name is Janelle Ware.

But, I'm affectionately known as the Director of Charm at Charm Girlz LLC. I created this organization as an outlet for girls ages 7-12 to find their light and master the art of being a poised, well­-rounded and bright superstars in their own lives. 

 

It is my ultimate goal to develop a tribe of young ladies who love themselves, others and their communities. Because a girl who appreciates who she is today will not only embrace her future self whole-heartedly, she will inevitably become a pillar of light amongst her peers.
